As you may have seen from the rest of my site, I am not your typical wedding photographer. I am a full time commercial photographer based near Nottingham that shoots a small number of wedding each year.
This puts a few people off as they want a full time wedding photographer, I completely understand, but take a look below and see what you think.

If you are after more documentary style wedding photography rather than the more traditional posed images then thats me!
Not to say we won't get the groups shots that your family want, we will just have more relaxed candid style of images.
And of course there will be some stunning pictures of the both of you, and we will have great fun doing it!
Why am I not a full time wedding photographer?
I love the variety of work that I am lucky enough to be involved in from Royal Visits to stunning interiors.
More importantly, I have 2 kids that I love to see taking part in their weekend sports and activities (yes, and being a taxi service!)

Dan recently photographed our wedding and was incredibly flexible through the process - involving several changes of plan due to lockdown restrictions etc. Dan kept in touch throughout, did his own research on the venue, was there before anyone else, and did exactly what you’d want a photographer to do - we weren’t made to feel like we were at a photo shoot, yet he captured all the best moments. The final results were fab, coming through electronically after only a couple of days and then via usb in the post shortly after. We are both really pleased with the results and would recommend Dan highly. Thank you Dan ! 👍🏼

Dan was brilliant from first meeting to his after service! He visited a couple of times before our wedding to get the essence of what our wedding ‘theme’ was and how we would like it captured. He was always available on email too and quick to reply.
