Why You Should Consider Professional Photography for Your Holiday Rental
Hotel, Bed and Breakfast, AirBNB or camper-van, no matter what you type of accommodation you are renting out, you need great images to show your clients what they will be relaxing in for their well earned holiday.
Do you really need a professional though? If its not broken, don't fix it............
This is true, maybe you are getting good rates of bookings and have a some great success for your holiday rental, thats great, but could you do more?
Many of the companies I have worked with has seen an increase in clicks, queries and bookings once they updated their pictures, the investment is worth it in the long term.
Like any other business, you are in competition, what makes your property stand out amongst the other properties your potential customers are scrolling past? Great pictures!
Great photos can help you to attract the type of guests that you would like to stay in your property. For example, if your property is ideal for families your photos should highlight key selling points such as outside spaces, cooking facilities, games as well as any child-friendly features.
If you want to come across as a professional landlord with experience in short-stay rentals your photographs need to ooze professionalism. Remember that your guests want to know that they will be safe and looked after.
What kind of photos will I get?
You’ll get a set of 2-3 photos per room. Each photo will be naturally lit, warm, and inviting for potential guests.
How do I prepare for the photoshoot?
Make sure your property is tidy and clutter-free before the shoot.
I can help you stage on the day and also give any advice needed.
When can I expect the photos to be delivered
After the shoot, I will start the selection and editing process of your final images.
I expect to deliver the images to you via a secure online album within 2 weeks of the shoot.
